Strawberry and Lemon Mousse Cake

A sweet and yummy dessert after the meal makes the main course the perfect one. Desserts are one of the important courses after every meal but eating desserts that consists of lower amount of fats makes a perfect healthy meal. This recipe of strawberry lemon cake with mousse is the best and one of the healthy dessert that you can easily make in very less time. Now, you can enjoy your favorite desserts with the healthy eating.

Yellow Cake Mix- 1 Box
Cold Water- 2 cups
Honey Vanilla Yogurt
Low Fat Whipped Cream
Lemon Juice- ½ cup
(Sugar Free) Strawberry beverage – 3 table spoon

How to Make:
• Firstly, prepare the cake batter following the method as given on the box. Dividing the batter into two bake them in the oven for about 5 minutes. Keep aside after cooked.
• In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt, whipped cream (chilled), lemon juice, strawberry mix and blend it continuously until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
• Take one piece of cake and spread half mousse evenly on the cake slice. Keep the second layer of cake onto it and spread the other half of the mousse on it.
• Keep the cake in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours and let it set.
Your Cake is ready.
