A recipe that is easy to make and a new thing that you can enjoy with the protein powder of your choice. Make Pancakes using your protein Powder and oatmeal and some other ingredients and enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast meal that is healthy in a way that it helps reducing your body weight too.
Protein powder of your choice
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons canola oil or olive oil
Honey Or sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make:
- Add Almonds, protein powder, oat flour, baking soda, sugar, salt, cinnamon powder in a blender and blend it properly. Then add eggs, oil, vanilla extract and buttermilk to the mixture and blend into a fine paste. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Put a non-stick tawa or a flat non-stick pan on a medium highheat and coat it with oil.
- Now pour a small quantity of mixture on the pan making almost 3 inch sized pancakes. Make about 3-4 pancakes at a time. Cook them on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the side and cook until golden brown.
- Your protein almonds pancakes are ready. Serve Hot.
