250gm whole wheat pasta
½ cup freshly chopped parsley
1 ½ cup frozen peas
¼ cup of sliced almonds
1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
¼ cup mint leaves
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup soya chunks or boneless chicken breast
1 cup breadcrumbs
How to Make.
1. Boil the pasta and also add peas in the last few minutes of boiling of pasta. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Drain the water and wash it with cold water.
2. Take a large bowl and add freshly chopped parsley, mint, thyme, boiled soya chunks or chicken and mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Add pasta and peas. Add tablespoon of olive oil, Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and mix well making everything coated properly.
3. Add bread crumbs to give a crunch to your healthy salad. Finally add lemon juice and give a quick stir.
